Scope of Work

High Side Equipment

Design of the equipment based on the data furnished in the document. Procurement of materials within the battery limits as per the schedule given by Owner/ Project Managers.

Low Side Works

Manufacturing as per specifications mentioned in the document,Assembly at Site,Commissioning and Testing of all equipment

Design Requirements

Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation. The air conditioning and ventilation systems are designed in accordance with the following particular requirements: ASHRAE American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Engineers Supply various equipment as per the relevant Specification & Drawings, unloading, receiving, inspection, storing, transportation to work site, handling, assembling, cleaning, mechanical erection, assisting main contractor in associated civil works which are required for A/C system, Installation, alignment, testing and commissioning and handing over in working condition of all items covered in the BOQ

Cores and Standards

Basically Air-conditioning system design shall be done as per latest ASHRAE Standards. Also other applicable Standards which shall be considered as guidelines are mentioned as under: American Society for Heating, air conditioning and refrigeration engineers (ASHRAE). The installation shall conform in all aspects to the PROJECT MANAGERS / Indian Standard Code of Practice for Air conditioning Installation, tender specifications and drawings. In case of discrepancy among specifications, drawings and other documents, the specifications take precedence over all other documents. In case of discrepancy between specification, drawings etc., & Codes & Standards, the tenderer shall assume the more stringent of the two.
